  6. Guest Limitations:

    • Viewings are limited to the individual who submitted the request and one (1) accompanying guest.

In-Store Pickup Only

Media Macs exclusively offers in-store pickup at our Kingston location.

Humbird Media, 80 Lady Musgrave Road, Building B, Unit 25

We do not provide shipping services or delivery to other addresses.

 

Valid Identification

For orders purchased online, you will be required to present a valid photo ID when picking up your item. This is to verify your identity and ensure a secure handover of your purchase.

Refunds
